Responsibilities :
Manage the engineering and analytics team for developing analytics tool based on CEO’s recommendation
Conduct daily Scrum meetings, backlog grooming meeting, participate in epic meeting & track team delivery every sprint using Asana board.
Leading the Team and managing the business enhancement request & effectively tack the delivery deadlines.
Tools Developed
Real Time data pipeline - Designed data pipeline for managing bank's transaction data used as source for various analytics processing.
ATM Cash Tracker – real time cash tracker tool for all the ATMS with cash forecast capabilities.
Non-performing Loans: Tool to manage NPL, tool predicts probability of a loan falling into delinquency category and provides 360 view about the loan customer
Fraud Management: Based on flex cube bank transaction data transactions build
Covid Management – Branch Contact tracing, Queue Management & Epidemiology health survey
